At Snape Munroe, our aim is to provide dynamic, commercially aware professional advice to meet your specific needs. We believe people from diverse professional and personal backgrounds who have a variety of life experiences and interests have the right “mix” of attributes to deliver this aim.

This philosophy is demonstrated by our Director, Andrew Snape, who before setting up Snape Munroe spent 8 years with national property consultants CB Richard Ellis based in their Leeds and Manchester offices.

Prior to this he also worked in construction management and most recently was with Yorkshire based property developer Oakapple Estates.

In his formative years Andrew travelled the world and cites this as one of his most memorable and challenging life experiences. During this time he held a number of temporary jobs to fund his travels including mango picking and gold prospecting!
