At Snape Munroe, our aim is to provide dynamic, commercially aware professional advice to meet your specific needs. We believe people from diverse professional and personal backgrounds who have a variety of life experiences and interests have the right “mix” of attributes to deliver this aim.

This philosophy is demonstrated by our Director, Andrew Snape, who before setting up Snape Munroe spent 8 years with national property consultants CB Richard Ellis based in their Leeds and Manchester offices.

Snape Munroe offer a complete range of services within the commercial building surveying and consultancy field including schedules of dilapidations and condition, building surveys, feasibility studies and the project management of refurbishment, alteration and repair works.

From our strategic base in Keighley near Bradford in West Yorkshire, we have the ability to economically and effectively service instructions nationally with a regional focus on Yorkshire, the North West including Central, East and West Lancashire and the North of England including Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyneside.
